At 1630 Living, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fragrance oils and for hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are available for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect items received
• Orders cancelled before they have shipped

Once your return or claim has been approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
